What the shortcuts cost
There are many ways a manufacturer can take money out of a cable: undersized conductors, copper-clad aluminium in place of bare copper, thin shielding, loose tolerances at the connector. Each one compromises the equipment it is plugged into. TechCraft cable is built without them, and the specification is published on every part.

Helping you increase your sales matters to us. Computer Plug resellers can be provided with detailed planograms suggesting which cables and accessories to stock for maximum sell-through, and we track new products and trends so the shelf stays current.
Warehouse and pickup
15 Railside Rd, Toronto. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET dispatch the same business day. Counter pickup runs Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00 ET, and the sales desk is open 09:30 to 17:00 ET.
Terms of supply
Warranty
TechCraft cables carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects; optical cables must be returned without visible stress or damage. Computer Plug–imported electronics carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Other electronics carry one year unless the product page states otherwise. Liability is limited to the purchase price.
Returns
Returns require a reference number issued by the desk before goods ship back — email RMA@computerplug.com with the part number and invoice. Bulk wire cut to order, and special-order lines, are not returnable.
Credit
New trade accounts start prepaid. Net 30 is available on credit approval; distributor accounts include a freight allowance on qualifying orders.
Privacy
Account and order data is held in Canada. Marketing email is sent only with express consent under CASL, and consent can be withdrawn from any message.
